Last year I was hoping to finally get the bike out but a mixture of family poor health and my son still overtaken the garage, it didn’t happen.
Things are currently stable here at present and I still have my garage back sooooo ...

The Irwin nut removers are really good. I’ve used them many times on various projects so should do the job

My bike has always had 180/55 on rear. Always handled ok for me so stuck with it
Narrower tyre may help it tip in easier depending on the profile

I personally use an ABBA style stand that I made years ago. This allows both front and rear to be off the ground at the same time if required ( plans available on main site)
Only downside is you can’t remove swingarm but there’s an alternative support point of the footrest hanger bolts if you adapt ...

Great idea. That means I’ve def got to pull my finger out and get the bike sorted 😱
For me there’s a few curve balls to sort beforehand like getting a car sorted for work. Things are in hand though but it’s the waiting on other folk that’s the problem 😩
