Cheers Stig, had a good look at that but dint know where this plugs into, white triangular plug comes off the loom near to the front of bike then this three pin plug goes where ? Anybody know.

The second one looks like the connection to the TPS on the carbs just like on my YZF 750.
The first one looks familiar and if its the same as the 750 sits in front of the carbs near the coils.
I've not had chance to look at the FZR so this is just my opinion having played with the 750.
