Urgent need small welding in Liverpool

Broke the transmission chain adjuster bolt, need to weld a nut on top to get it out and replace it with a new one.

Anybody knows anybody ... that knows anybody... in Liverpool with a small welding machine willing to help me? I can pick up and back by my car and pay for the trouble... hopefully reasonable.
