The Wales run didn't test it properly - And I don't suppose it will get it's ultimate test until I fall off, which I don't want to do...
It has CE approved armour, but it is a little light on padding, although it kept me warm all day and was totally waterproof - I even reached through a drinks machine to get a large cup at the Ponderosa and set off 3 of the cold drinks things (2 Virgin colas and an orange) on my arm
and still didn't get wet!
I didn't look like too much of a twonk (obviously only my opinion), but the lack of rain in Wales left me wishing I had put my leathers on instead.
I suppose you get what you pay for, but so far I think I got a bargain
