I took myself off for a quick ride out to Sherburn Yesterday afternoon. I was on my way back when I had a choice of going in two different directions. I picked one of them and got half a mile down the road when I thought to myself I'd be better off going the other way. Up ahead I saw a big pull in for a big house so I pulled on to it and I was slowly manoeuvring the bike round and the front wheel went into a pot hole with loose gravel in it and I lost my footing and over she went. I tried to lower it down to the ground as best I could, but I didn't escape from getting any marks on the fairing cry baby cry baby cry baby Luckily a cyclist was riding by and he gave me a hand to lift the big lump back on its feet.

looks like another trip to the paint sprayer. I'm starting to think I'm his best customer. frown frown frown

It could have been worse I suppose if it had caught the tank.

Even worse when your foot is jammed under it and your ankle is buggered for two months.]
